DISTRITECH LLC WARRANTY AND RMA POLICY Please inspect all products immediately upon receipt at Distritech’s warehouse, the customer’s warehouse or the freight carrier’s warehouse (as the case may be). Ownership of the product is transferred to the customer as soon as the customer or freight carrier is in possession of the order, whether this occurs at Distritech’s warehouse (if the order is collected) or at the customer or freight carrier’s warehouse where the order is received (if Distritech delivers the order). Therefore, responsibility for any damages that may occur during transit (unless Distritech delivers the order) is solely the customer’s. A signature on the Bill of Lading (BOL) upon receipt of the products confirms that the products have been received in good condition unless an exception is made on the BOL and Distritech is notified immediately. Please note, however, that refurbished products may contain cosmetic stains but may not be returned because of said stains.

In the event that a Sales Order is cancelled after it has been signed by the customer or a deposit towards the same has been put down by the customer, the customer will be obliged to pay a restocking fee that is equivalent to 10% of the Total Order Value.

If a Sales Order is open for more than fourteen (14) calendar days and is not completed, the Sales Order shall be deemed cancelled.

All products (whether brand new, factory refurbished and/or third party refurbished) are sold “as is”, with no warranty other than the limited manufacturer´s warranty applicable to each product (unless otherwise specified in the applicable sales order). Distritech disclaims all other warranties, to the fullest extent permitted by law, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, any warranty arising from course of performance, course of dealing or usage of trade, and any statutory warranties of non-infringement. EUROPEAN PRODUCTS AND TELEVISIONS ARE SOLD WITHOUT WARRANTY.

Product warranty is void if the product is physically damaged due to: user abuse and/or improper handling; attempt to repair, add or rework the product, or modify and/or deface the original manufacturer´s warranty seal, serial number and/or labels. Product warranty is also void if the serial number is missing from product at the time of return.

All sales are final. Distritech offers no refunds or price protection.

Returns relating to a manufacturer´s warranty may be subject to specific terms and conditions of the applicable manufacturer's warranty and the applicable manufacturer's return policies for the returned product.

DO NOT ATTEMPT TO RETURN ANY PRODUCT(S) PRIOR TO SUBMITTING AN RMA REQUEST AND OBTAINING AN RMA NUMBER FROM DISTRITECH’S RMA DEPARTMENT. Please contact Distritech´s RMA Department at rma@distritech.com to submit an RMA request or to request additional information.

The turn-around time for diagnosis, repair, and return of an RMA product can take anywhere between a few days to a few weeks, depending on the manufacturer’s turn-around time for such product.

Once an RMA number is issued and the defective item is returned to Distritech, it will be inspected, repaired (if possible) or replaced (if product cannot be repaired), at Distritech’s discretion. If product cannot be repaired or replaced, a credit will be issued to Customer for the defective product.

By returning any product to Distritech, you represent and warrant that the returned product was purchased from Distritech, is not counterfeit or otherwise nonconforming, and does not violate Distritech´s Warranty and RMA Policy. You also agree that Distritech may test any returned product to determine whether such product is counterfeit, non-conforming, or otherwise violates Distritech´s Warranty and RMA Policy. In the event Distritech determines, in its sole discretion, that any returned product is counterfeit, non-conforming, or otherwise violates Distritech´s Warranty and RMA Policy, Distritech may (i) report such problem to any applicable governmental or regulatory agency or any other applicable third party; (ii) quarantine such product for further testing or other analysis; and/or (iii) take such other actions as may be required or permitted under applicable law.
